Happy New Year. Happy 2022!

Once again, it is the beginning of a new year and time to set goals for 2022. Some people love to set goals and attempt to achieve them. For other people, setting goals is a modern-day torture device.

American’s set goals for their finances, working out, making better decisions, weight loss, writing a book, living a stress free life or an off-grid lifestyle, and  … on-and-on it goes. Many people reach their goals while even more individuals give up their goals before the end of January.

Steps to Creating Better Relationships:

  1. Decide your relationship is a priority over all the other things vying for your attention.
  1. Be polite- it’s the little things that build up over time
  1. Be kind and loving to your significant one than anyone else – they deserve it the most
  1. Invest your time learning how to grow your relationship into one you’ll be proud of years from now
  1. Let go of past wounds and live in the Now!

Healthy living is a choice. You choose how and what to eat. You choose to sleep and exercise. You can also choose to create a healthy relationship.

“Oftentimes negative emotions are usually accompanied by an underlying root issue that needs to be identified and yanked out to maintain emotional health.” Emotional Health April 2021
